Her extensive experience includes managing complete insolvency resolution processes, advising them on mergers and acquisitions proceedings, initiating corporate insolvency proceedings, and overseeing liquidation and debt-recovery cases. She has successfully defended companies in criminal and quasi-criminal proceedings and addressed complex white collar-crimes issues. Additionally, she has a strong track record in arbitration, mediation, and appellate matters.
Prior to joining Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP, Gayatri was associated with Sikri Law Chambers, where she handled cases involving property disputes, matrimonial matters, cheque bouncing cases, and arbitration. She began her litigation journey in the Chambers of Mr. Suresh Sharma at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, where she gained valuable trial court experience.
Gayatri holds an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Laws from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kerala.
